These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jil8 ("jil8," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jil8 website located at https://jil8.app, its mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a jil8 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that jil8 may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register for and use the jil8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold jil8 accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jil8 or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jil8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full features of the jil8 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one jil8 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jil8 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them may be forfeited.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, jil8 requires you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID card, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. jil8 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jil8 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly. jil8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil8 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

All transactions and wagers placed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether you authorized them, unless you have previously notified jil8 of unauthorized access to your account. jil8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account as an additional security measure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jil8 immediately by contacting our support team. jil8 will investigate all reports of unauthorized access and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation.

Deposits: jil8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jil8 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.

Currency: All transactions on the jil8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jil8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Anti-Money Laundering: jil8 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. jil8 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.

• Deposits are credited to your jil8 wallet in real time for most payment methods.
• jil8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if they trigger jil8's fraud or AML monitoring systems.
• jil8 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your jil8 wallet if verification requirements are not met.

jil8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine occasions such as Pasko, Fiesta, and summer events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. • Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of jil8's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jil8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond jil8's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

The jil8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jil8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In no event shall jil8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jil8 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jil8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or from a regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that jil8 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players.

You may close your jil8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

jil8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jil8 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jil8 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jil8's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jil8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
